I want to start and possibly finish The Dragon Republic by R.F. Kuang. That comes out on the 6th of August, and I need to get a head start on that beast.
If I manage to do all of that, Turning the Pages and I want to buddy read The Night Tiger by Yangsze Choo! I have this one checked out from the library, and I am super excited to jump into it.
I want to read a lot of books this month, but most of these books are 400+ pages, and your girl is a slow reader.
